These forms can be either downloaded and filled out electronically or printed out and filled out by hand. If you are not able to print the forms please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with copies.
The following paperwork should be completed and turned in to the troop:

1. BSA Youth Application Form
2. Troop 608 Policies & Procedures Membership Agreement Form
3. BSA Annual Health & Medical Form (Pages A-C)
4. A quality copy of the applicant's current health insurance card (front & back)

These forms MUST be on file for a scout to participate in outings with Troop 608.
A member of the troop will provide you with the amount of appropriate fees due. Checks should be payable to “Troop 608 BSA.”
You will need to obtain a BSA Boy Scout Handbook and uniform. Handbooks can be purchased at our local Gulf Coast Council or online through the BSA Scout Shop. Uniforms can be purchased there as well as obtaining 'seasoned' uniforms from the troop.
